How to Gain Weight

There are some easy to follow tips to gain weight you do not even have to count your calories because lets admit who have the time to do that and besides it would just stress you out.

Some tips from my own life and from the link i provided (just press on the title to redirect your self). First tip is to start eating more. I know sounds simple but naturally thin people usually do not eat three meals a day because they do not feel like they have enough time, aether because they are participating in they chosen sport or they are busy working. so if you just increase your irregular meal intake to three times a day that should be a great start.

second, just because you want to increase weight it does not mean eat more junk food shore it does add the needed fat but it does not provide any nutritional value, so try to eat healthy.

For example milk and nuts, potatoes and bread are a good and healthy way to gain weight. Fish and fish oil will add needed nutrition fatty acids and even increase your brain function. There are many ways to gain weight, and also remember eat at least three times a day it will increase your calorie intake and calm your metabolism so the weight gain can be gradual and healthy.
